OPEN POSITION

You identify a role you need to fill on a temporary or temp-to-permanent basis.

CANDIDATE SUBMISSION

We find, pre-screen, and submit a candidate who would be a good fit, saving you recruitment costs and time. You have the final say about who to hire.

JOB PLACEMENT

Once a candidate is placed, they start the position on our payroll. They receive wraparound services from our staff, like weekly peer coaching and account management, throughout the placement. We handle all the details – like onboarding, worker’s compensation, and taxes – and act as your team’s employment support.
