Our Return to Work program helps you provide a rapid response plan for your employees struggling with substance use, excessive absenteeism, or any other challenge. We enable you to decrease costs by retaining skilled employees, and connect struggling employees with trained support.

Steps to Support & Rehire:

  1. Refer employee to Working Fields for assessment, guidance, and support.
  2. Employee is hired through Working Fields at a discounted payrolling cost. We cover workers comp insurance, unemployment insurance, and other payroll taxes.
  3. Employee is paired with a trainer peer coach and connected to local resources.
  4. After a set time, employee can transition to direct hire with you with no conversion fee.
